The connection and disassembly of pipes are carried out by means of screws with the help of a rotator, which allows eliminating the use of additional devices. Exploitation

Drilling rig URB 2A2 is equipped with a hydraulic system with pressure gauges, which guarantee the optimum operating mode of the mechanism. With the help of special filters, the oil is cleaned, which allows several times to extend the operating time of the units. An installed emergency mechanical pump allows you to manually deactivate the unit in the event of a car breakdown.

Lifting tool is provided in four modes: normal, emergency, fast and slow. It can be suspended in any of the elevated positions thanks to the supporting retractable jacks. The instrument can also be descended in several modes. A simple but reliable hydraulic system allows for full control of the unit without any problems.

The power take-off is equipped with one gear and a clutch. The part is fixed in the upper compartment of the ZIL transfer case. Activation of the dispensing of the installation itself is carried out by means of a cardan shaft and a power take-off unit. With this unit, the rotation is transferred to the drilling and oil pumps.

Rotator

The mechanism of rotation of the drilling rig URB 2A2, the photo of which is above, includes a box with three shafts and the same number of speeds, as well as cylindrical and toothed elements. The rotator is placed in a steel molded body, which ensures the strength and reliability of the assembly. The control panel adjusts the spindle speed, from zero mode to the maximum value.

The hydraulic feed jack includes a stem and a cylinder that takes part of the reactive load. The unit is equipped with one step of a pair action. The mast has a U-shaped configuration, made of channels with additional cross-members. In the inner part there is not only a jack, but also two pipes, on which the load acts. Such a solution allows to optimize the operation of the drill in severe conditions. The centering table facilitates the use of the tool.

Other mechanisms

The rig of the drilling rig URB 2A2 includes a traveling system, which allows to double the speed of the rotating device; it has a reinforced structure with two tensioning devices.

The elevator is responsible for screwing or unscrewing the working pipes and tools. It has a high-quality mount and device, easy to operate. Screw cartridges provide the ability to build and lift the assemblies safely with drilling quality control. Features of the structure of the rotational device allow to provide twice the speed of movement. In the transport position the mast is automatically transferred, in the event of a failure of the drive motor or transmission. With the help of jacks, the base car is unloaded.
