Zucchini, baked in the oven with sour cream cheese sauce

For two zucchini (medium size), you need 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of chopped dill and parsley, 3 cloves of garlic, a glass of sour cream, hard cheese (about 150 grams), salt, pepper to taste.

In order not to waste extra time, it is necessary to heat the oven to 220 degrees. During the heating, vegetables are prepared. Marrows are cut into small cubes. If zucchini is used, then you can cut and small rings, about a centimeter thick.

In a regular package of polyethylene sent zucchini, top spreads chopped parsley, added salt, pepper to taste and olive oil. The package is twisted so that the air remains inside and shakes properly. Zucchini after that evenly salted and covered with parsley. At the next stage, the pan should be laid with foil, spread the vegetables evenly on it and bake them about 20 minutes before the semi-prepared condition.
