The drug can normalize the adhesion of platelets and stimulate the synthesis of clotting factor. But the drug can not exert any influence on prothrombin time, and it also lacks hypercoagulable properties and the ability in principle to thrombogenesis.

After the administration of the drug, its maximum concentration in the blood is found after 10 minutes. In the event that the drug was taken in the form of a tablet inside, it is absorbed into the gastrointestinal mucosa very quickly and almost completely.
