You will need:

  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 10 grams of baking powder;
  • 130 grams of butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 200g of sugar
  • 100 grams of chocolate (desirable black)
  • 100 grams of milk;
  • 70 grams of cream;
  • 120 g of Mascarpone;
  • 50ml of coffee liquor ;
  • 20 grams of cocoa.

Let's start cooking. We take sugar from the total mass (one spoonful), and the rest is carefully rubbed with butter. Gradually, one by one, add to the resulting mass of eggs, sifted flour with baking powder, milk and knead the dough. We lay it on small molds, put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. We let cool and carefully take out of the molds.

While muffins are baked, we are engaged in stuffing. Chocolate is broken into pieces and placed in a refractory container. To him we add cream and a previously laid-off spoonful of sugar. Melt the mixture in a water bath, stirring constantly to obtain a homogeneous mass. We cut off the tops of the finished cakes, which are sprinkled with liqueur.   • 2-3 bananas (depending on the size);
  • 50 grams of rum;
  • 200 grams of sour cream or cream;
  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 150 grams of sugar, preferably brown;
  • 1hour. Cinnamon;
  • 0.5hl. Cardamom;
  • 1hour. cocoa;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 0.5 tsp. Soda.

We knead well bananas with a fork in a homogeneous mass, mixed with sour cream and rum.

The form (it is best to use a round with a hole in the middle that will allow the cake to bake well), spread it with butter, pour the dough into it and put it in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Cupcake with bananas turns moist, remarkably baked and very fragrant!

You will need:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 200 grams of flour;
  • 10 grams of baking powder;
  • 50 grams of cocoa;
  • Half a lemon;
  • 50 grams of walnuts.

Squirrels are separated from the yolks and placed in the refrigerator. Half of the taken volume of sugar grind with butter, gradually adding yolks.
