To make it, you need 500 g of fatty sour cream and 100 g of sugar. Both are laid out in a bowl, and beaten with a mixer until the sugar dissolves - this is how this cream is prepared in most cases. However, it turns out to be liquid and spreads.

There are a couple of tricks that allow you to make a thick cream: before preparing from sour cream you need to remove excess liquid. You can do this as follows: put a fine sieve on a saucepan. Put gauze on his bottom and put sour cream in it and leave it for at least a couple of hours. And better at night. As a result, sour cream will change the consistency. Only after that, sugar is added to it and whipped. The second secret is that it takes 15-20 minutes to beat the sour cream with sugar - much longer than usually. Well, the last trick: if the cream is put for a while in the refrigerator, then it will be much easier to work with.

It is this cream is usually called sour cream. Nevertheless, a huge amount of other creams is made from it, no less tasty and much more original. For example, cream from sour cream and cottage cheese. For this cream you need 150 grams of cottage cheese, 50 g of sugar, 250 g of sour cream, and 250 g of fresh berries. Cottage cheese is ground with sugar and vanilla, add whipped separately sour cream and berries. Then everything is mixed and put for half an hour in the fridge, after which the mixture is again whipped.

Another option is a cream made of sour cream and condensed milk. There are several options for this cream, but the simplest is the combination of these two ingredients. Condense is poured into a bowl, add fatty sour cream to it and whisk until smooth. This cream perfectly permeates cakes and cakes, so it's very convenient to use, and the cake turns out to be very tender and sweet.

Many housewives love to add various fruits and berries to the cream from sour cream and condensed milk. For example, a banana. It is enough just to knead it with a fork and mix it in the prepared cream. The taste of the cream varies quite strongly, but the consistency and the ability to soak remain the same.

There is a recipe in which a cream made of sour cream and condensed milk is made with the addition of cream. The cream contains 450 g of sour cream, 200 ml of very fatty cream, a bag of thickener for cream, 1/3 of a container of condensed milk, 100 g of powdered sugar.
