Catching of pike perch in autumn is especially successful in October

Catching of pike perch in autumn can begin from the first of September. During this period, it is best to go fishing at night, when extraneous noise subsides, and you can enjoy a "quiet hunt".

Not everyone knows that catching a pike perch in autumn is most effective for jigging. From September the fish moves to the wintering grounds. Usually these are the deepest areas in the pond, so the use of jig baits is more important than ever.

With the onset of October, the pike perch begins to show increased activity in the search for food. This is the longest zhor, lasting almost a month. However, these days are enough to catch the pike perch in autumn turned into the most catching season. Inveterate anglers are considered lucky to catch large trophies October.

Towards the end of November, the clay begins to subside gradually, however, quite large specimens can be caught at this time. Most of the not very experienced fishermen, rejoicing in the October "harvest", till the spring twist the fishing rods, thereby missing the opportunity to catch a large pike perch. Depending on weather, atmospheric pressure and the presence of wind, the fish goes on a quest for food, sometimes coming to the shore, where it becomes a prey to the fisherman.

Catching of pike perch in autumn on donka assumes simultaneous use of several gears. For the success of fishing rod placed or all on one patch, or in pairs, while maintaining the angle between them in the direction of casting for unobstructed cutting and pike-perch.

In this case, however, the risk of overlapping or entanglement of gear is great, so the successful catching of pike perch in the fall from the shore depends very much on the skill and experience of the fisherman.

The main thing is not to hook the bait. Therefore, many people prefer to fish with unassisted snap regardless of how the fish are caught: from the shore or along the water.

Tackle should be sensitive not only to the catching area, but also to the behavior of the bait when it touches the bottom. Pike perch often bites in the autumn, with a pause in the rewinding of the line during the direction of the bait to the bottom. Sometimes he just presses it, so it is extremely difficult for the angler to catch the moment of biting. However, most often such cases mean that the hook was caught by a large fish. Therefore, at this moment, it is not necessary to carry a powerful lightning strike in order to catch the jaws of the fish. If you delay, then biting can be missed.

Therefore, experienced anglers, for which catching pike perch in the fall is already familiar, the most effective bait is considered a jig. The advantages of jig spinning are the possibility of "tapping" the bottom to detect deltas, depressions or elevations, so fishing becomes not random, but purposeful.

In general, lures for the autumn pike-perch fishing practically do not differ from the summer ones, but there are some peculiarities of catching. And the main of them are hydroacoustic vibrations, which are produced when bait is wired in water. In this case, the hardest river rubber is the most suitable.

The speed for bait wiring is also important. If the fisherman did not have time for the autumn zhor, then the speed for the pike perch, not wanting to chase the bait, must be extremely low.

And yet, despite all the subtleties, the autumn catching of this fish has always been a very fascinating activity. It's so nice to catch this not only beautiful, but also very tasty fish.
