And today I will tell you how to cook buckwheat with meat, and we will use pork.

Of the products for this dish you will need: buckwheat - 1 glass, water - two glasses, meat - 300 g, onion, pepper, vegetable oil and cream.

We will wash the pork under running water, dry it with a kitchen towel and cut it into thin strips. The thinner the strips, the faster the meat will be fried, and, of course, vice versa. Check the thickness easily, if your pieces are fried for more than five minutes, then you overdid it and you have to cut thinner.

Now proceed to prepare the onions. We cut the onion very finely, the easiest way to do this is to cut the onion into four pieces, then cut these parts once again in half, and the resulting small pieces of chopped straw.

We will fry the meat in a frying pan, but not until the end, but only half, do not forget to add salt to the sunflower oil, lovers of hot pepper add ground.

When the meat has come, pour the cooked onion into a frying pan, turn on a weak fire and cover it with a lid. Periodically stir until the onion is golden.

In the meantime, our meat is fried, you can do buckwheat. The ability to cook buckwheat porridge so that it turned out friable, not everyone is given. If you want to know how this is done, listen. We take one part of the cereal and two parts of boiling water. In hot water, we fall asleep with the buckwheat washed under running water and cook under the lid, and the lid should not be opened. Note: if the buckwheat is not rinsed, then the porridge may well get a bitter taste. Pour the porridge right during cooking. If the water is absorbed, then it's time to turn off the gas under the dishes, in which buckwheat is cooked. Since you can not spoil the porridge with oil, put 50 g of butter in our cauldron and cover it with a warm blanket. In such a wrapped form, he must stand for 15 minutes at least.

All this we fall asleep well washed with buckwheat and pour broth into the pot to the top. It remains to cover it with a lid and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. We set the timer for about an hour and periodically check the water level. Once the water is gone, turn off the gas and let the pot still sink. Then mix the contents. Buckwheat with meat for the youngest kids is ready!
