Blisters on the skin. Hives. The main causes of blisters on different parts of the body

Urticaria is an allergic disease, in which blisters appear on the skin and mucous membranes. It should be noted that at least a quarter of the population (most of whom are women) have experienced hives. With constant contact with the allergen, blisters on the skin do not pass.

The main provoking factor for the appearance of such an allergic reaction is the release of histamine in large quantities. This compound is produced by the body in contact with the allergen. Depending on the rate of development of sensitization (sensitivity), blisters on the skin may appear after the first exposure with an irritant (allergen) or after repeated contact with it. The reaction becomes severe if the concentration of antibodies in the blood becomes too high.

Under the influence of active substances in the capillary walls, permeability increases. In this case, the vascular fluid "sweats" in the dermis (actually, the skin), thus forming a blister.

Calling hives can bite an insect, preparations for vaccination, transfusion of blood components, use of medicines. In addition, blisters on the skin occur and when you directly contact with the allergen or when eating foods that can cause an allergic reaction.

In this regard, a patient who is predisposed to develop allergies or with previously revealed episodes of urticaria, before vaccination, local anesthesia should take antihistamines.

The disease manifests itself in the sudden formation of bright pink blisters in large numbers. With urticaria for an hour, the main part of the skin rashes. A little later, with a still high concentration of histamine, a small number of blisters may appear. After a few hours, the bubbles either disappear, or the next wave of allergic reaction develops with the formation of new lesions. With such development, urticaria differs from most other skin diseases. Pathology that has passed into the chronic stage can last for months and even years.

At a touch of a blisters at a urticaria itch. The magnitude of the lesion can affect the general condition of the patient. The disease can occur with a headache, malaise, fever.

The appearance of blisters can be provoked not only by urticaria. These formations can arise as a result of friction. Blisters on the feet, or rather, on the soles of the feet, often appear precisely for this reason. Friction of the skin on the socks is due to excessive sweating of the legs, wet weather. In addition, blisters can appear when wearing tight shoes. In such cases, you should choose shoes to fit, socks without seams. There are special, two-layer socks designed to prevent the formation of blisters. If the lesion does not cause discomfort, then it is not necessary to touch it, since it is eliminated after a while on its own.

Blisters on the fingers can occur as a result of a burn. Many in such cases tend to pierce the formed bubble. It should be noted that doing this is highly discouraged. The fact that the skin of the blister prevents the penetration of the infection, and the liquid contained inside it, promotes the formation of a new peel.

However, often such blisters deliver discomfort, hurt and sometimes even itch. To eliminate these unpleasant sensations, it is recommended to lubricate the affected area regularly with oil. In addition, care should be taken to ensure that the blister is in a clean condition. If possible, cover the affected area with a bandage, pre-lubricating the problem area with aloe juice or calendula. The dressing should be changed every day.
