Bleach for teeth. How to choose?

Many pleasant things - coffee several times a day, oriental sweets, red wine and, perhaps, a cigarette, unfortunately, contribute to darkening of the teeth, they lose their former whiteness. Of course, teeth do not turn yellow in one week. But all the same, smile! To return your radiant and snow-white smile, you do not have much: money, time and bleach for your teeth.

There are three ways to return the former brightness to the teeth:

• mechanical (abrading material cleans from the tooth plaque) ;

• chemical (plaque changes color or dissolves under the influence of chemicals);

• Internal (the dentist fills the tooth with a white "resin").

Techniques based on these methods are the greatest variety. Have patience - read the article to the end, and even better, visit the dentist: he will tell you what is right for you.

First, let's try to understand the pros and cons of mechanical methods. These include the following teeth whiteners: soda, special toothpaste, Air Flo, scaler.

Soda should be simply rubbed into the teeth (with a brush or even a finger). It is a large abrasive that allows you to remove a soft coating on the teeth and even a stiff pigment (for example, from coffee) with daily application for 10 days. It is characterized by a very low price, however, at the first application, enamel damage is possible.

Whitening paste for teeth does not require additional waste of time: you just brush your teeth as usual. Despite the presence of soda in its composition, softening additives make it less traumatic, but the effect becomes noticeable much later, only after 4 weeks of regular use. In addition, the stale pigments are not removed.

Bleach for the teeth of Air Flot is used by dentists. It is sprayed with a special device: the effect is achieved quickly, but short-term, since the cleared pores are very quickly clogged.

Such a teeth whitener, like a scaler, uses ultrasound to remove both soft plaque and tartar. This method is the most effective: your smile will be snow-white. However, the scaler has one significant minus - the sensitivity of the enamel is very high.

The most common chemical methods are the use of whitening gels and mouthguards.

A special gel must be applied to the teeth without affecting the gums and lips, then smile for a couple of minutes (the bleach for the teeth should remain only on the teeth). Chemicals destroy pigments and yellowness disappears. The method is very simple, accessible. After a week the effect becomes noticeable. But with its use, it is impossible to whiten teeth evenly . In addition, there are a number of contraindications, so it is necessary to consult a dentist.

When using the kappa, the principle of operation is the same. Kappa is a plastic cheholchik, made by casting your teeth, which lengthens the action of the product on the teeth, reducing the likelihood of burning your lips and gums. Making this impression will take a week, the course of treatment is 3 weeks.

Also, internal bleaching is widely used, but, in fact, it is not bleaching, but a kind of painting over the tooth. How is it carried out? Perform an opening of the cavity of the tooth, remove the darkened dental tissue, and the tooth is filled with "resin" with dyes. At the present stage, in order to whiten the "dead" tooth, only this technique is applicable. Unfortunately, often this tooth is very fragile: it can break or break down during the injection of resin.
To pick up a bleach for a teeth, necessary for you, the skilled stomatologist can only, therefore address to it or him for consultation and shine irresistible snow-white smile!
