Basic forms and methods of teaching

In pedagogical activity, the method of instruction is a special direction towards the attainment of the goal. That is why the forms and methods of training depend on many factors - this is from the purpose of the organization, and from the budget of the company, in order to improve the qualification of the staff, and on the number of trainees.

There are several types of forms of personnel training - external, internal, individual and group. External training involves training in an academic company for a longer period, as well as training in a multi-level special program of some training centers. Internally, the training specializes in the territory of the company itself, for this purpose, space and premises are specially allocated.

To prepare professionals from a professional point of view, it is necessary to acquire and accumulate knowledge, skills and abilities. The completion of training is the availability of qualifications, which will be directed to the implementation of activities. To conduct training, one of the following areas should be used: either to carry out initial vocational training or specialized initial training. Personnel training is based on using different forms and methods of training . There are several methods:

- a method of training staff, which includes the accumulation of knowledge, skills and skills.

- a method of training staff that focuses on achieving didactic goals and identify tasks, training activities, expected results and the level of cognitive activity.

In general, the forms and methods of learning depend on many factors that influence further impact. These factors can be - the individual characteristics of each trainee, the goals of training, the results expected from trainees and much more. In order to implement the forms and methods of teaching , it is necessary to approach them in a differentiated way, that is, the learning programs must differ both in complexity level, and in time of passage, cost and duration of impact.

All methods of teaching can be qualified for the following concepts:

- group and individual;

- active and passive:

- without separation and with breaks from production.

There are also auxiliary methods of training , which are characterized by the satisfaction of multilateral interests. This takes into account all the needs of students, aimed at their abilities and inclinations. The most common methods of support training are various clubs, electives and clubs. All these auxiliary forms of training are aimed at deepening and expanding the knowledge of students that are available. Also in this case, the interests and abilities of students develop. It is necessary to know that auxiliary teaching methods - electives, clubs and circles, are voluntary desire.

Also, the forms and methods of teaching can be classified into the following points:

- Reproductive, self-reproductive and explanatory-illustrative;

- productive, partially-search, problematic, research.

In productive methods of teaching, there is a direction for students to learn their creative aspects, and hence the search activity follows. Thus, the forms of education and upbringing can be aimed at finding the identity of each participant in the training. Gradually, mastering all the tactics of scientific knowledge, students acquire the features of creative activity.

In conclusion, it can be said that the forms and methods of teaching play an important role in shaping the personality of the pupil, the pupil develops, recruits cognitive abilities and forces, accumulates the acquired knowledge and experience.
