Below is a recipe for making such a delicious dessert as an orange cupcake. It also does not require the application of a huge amount of effort and buying ingredients that are expensive. It can be prepared as a fruitcake with cherries or other berries or fruits. Everything depends on the taste of the hostess, her family and friends. To prepare the cherry cake you will need the following ingredients:

  • Butter (150 g);
  • Eggs (3 pieces);
  • Flour (3 full tablespoons);
  • Sugar (1/2 part of the glass);
  • Oranges (2 pieces) - both juice and zest are required;
  • Baking powder (1/5 part of tea);
  • Dried or dried cherries.

Butter must be melt. Then it must be beaten with sugar, adding one egg, and do not stop whipping. In a separate dish you need to sift the flour with baking powder. After that, mix everything you've got, add the orange peel there, mix thoroughly. Next, you need to add dried or dried cherries.
