The phenomenon of Mirzayan

It was thanks to such bards as Alexander Zavenovich, the audience, accustomed to kitsch and hungry for entertainment, began to turn to poetry. A distinctive feature of his poems is penetration, and his performance of songs of authorship of such great poets as Brodsky, Harms, Tsvetaeva, Chukhontsev, Oscar Wilde, Cesare Pavese, etc., helped the young people to truly understand and feel the meaning of these works, which are by no means simple for perception . This was facilitated by the melody he invented, his live voice, his unique intonation, and masterly performance on the guitar.

The Fans

Bard Alexander Mirzoyan became an idol of a generation, hungry for truth, justice and dreaming of a free life. He knows how to skillfully achieve a mysterious fusion of words and music, which not only does not compete with the lyrics of the song, but is not subordinate to poetry as a means of popularizing poems. Both music and poetry in the works of A. Mirozoyan act as equal instruments, which, merging with each other, are able to influence the consciousness, to set the soul in motion.

Creation

Sometimes you simply marvel at how Alexander Mirzoyan chooses poems from other poets for his songs. From this point of view, his taste is incredibly high. In addition, his own poems are so deep and weighty that they place themselves next to the works of great authors who lived in the early 20th century.

Being very modest in nature, Mirzayan does not pretend to be a poet. He says that his poems are just a rhymed text to the songs. However, the meaning inherent in these verses is incredibly deep, and it gives listeners a rich food for thought. They contain metaphors, various associations, irony and self-irony. Mirzayan's songs also differ in that they are not of an immediate nature and do not reflect any events related to a particular period of time. The feelings that he wants to convey through his songs are needed at all times, they carry a moral and intellectual charge.

Popularity

The peak popularity of Alexander Mirzayan fell on the end of the 70's. He played the six-string guitar, while using a very unusual technique of performance. By the way, he has no musical education. Nevertheless, as a self-taught person, he masterfully owns this tool. At the concerts, where all the progressive young people gathered, he, in addition to singing songs, also told the spectator anecdotes of Daniil Kharms. Later, he began to speak less often to the public and engaged in scientific activity - researching the very phenomenon of the song. He also received an invitation from the First Channel to become a co-host of the TV show "Good Morning" and, naturally, agreed.
