What is penoplex?

When burning, it releases two types of gas - carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide - which distinguishes it from a whole range of organic materials burning with the emission of a whole range of harmful substances. "Penoplex 45" can withstand loads of up to 50 tons per 1 m³.

Factors influencing the choice of glue

Before you decide on any variant of glue for penopolix, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the work. It is known that the glue composition for finishing the surface inside the room can be absolutely unsuitable for outdoor work. Here, the influence of temperature differences and the influence of an aggressive external environment (UV radiation, high humidity during the rainy season, etc.) are also important.

For penopoliks, foam plastic, any heat and sound insulating materials that are produced in rolls or plates, this adhesive is most suitable because of its low cost.

With the material you can work on any building basis. For preliminary setting of the surfaces to be bonded, 10-15 minutes are sufficient, the full curing of the glue-foam will come in 4-8 hours. The bulk of such glue compositions involves work at a temperature of +5 ° C, but there are also those with which it is possible to work at -10 ° C.

Glutinous composition "Titan"

In no case should there be combustible-lubricating components - kerosene, gasoline, diesel fuel. It is inadmissible to use benzene and toluene from aromatic compounds. Do not use polyester and coal tar, formaldehyde and formalin, any kind of solvents.

Penoplex sticking technology

Before you directly begin to paste the foam, you need to clean the surface of the dirt, it is good to dry it and to plan the layout in advance. The glue for penoplex can be applied to the insulation plates in several ways: solid, strip and point (or beacon). Usually the preference is given to the band variant. Plates of penoplex plastered with glue strips with a step of not more than 30 cm and tightly pressed against the insulating surface. Formed joints are filled with scrap material or mounting foam.

The adhesive for foam, the consumption of which is usually indicated on the package, can be guaranteed for a year. It will not lose its consumer qualities even longer if it is not stored in places with a negative temperature.

Price of issue

Glue with the highest cost - this is not necessarily a guarantee of high quality, if the selection did not take into account the factors of the external environment and the specifics of the work. The use of universal compounds, as a rule, reduces the cost of work, rather than the use of highly specialized glue. Fast-hardening compounds can be consumed very economically (if the work is performed by a professional).
