15 most beautiful schools in the world

School years should be the most wonderful time. And the learning process should stimulate new achievements. Should not the schools themselves contribute to this?

It turns out that beautiful schools can be found all over the world. Some of them are designed to resist natural disasters, while in others they give first-class education to children from low-income families. In any case, each of the buildings below is truly beautiful.

Japan

The kindergarten in Saitama is made of marine containers, which ensures its maximum seismic resistance. It is difficult to imagine that everything is lined with wood inside, lots of light and children play.

Obviously, the designers of the kindergarten in Tatikava (Japan) wanted to give children maximum freedom to conduct their own research. Pupils of the institution can run on the roofs and climb trees. In the design of the building, nature itself is involved. Real trees pierce through it: they are located in the classrooms and stretch to the sun through special holes in the roof.

At Waseda University in Tokyo, there is an industrial building, which is almost all gray. This creators adhere to this color and inside. For example, there is an audience whose walls are covered with gray panels, and the chairs are made in black and white.

Nearby is the music school, which was awarded the World Architecture Festival in 2015 in the category "Higher Education and Research". Here people of different ages are engaged - from high school students to real masters. The interior uses glass walls and long lines to create a sense of depth of space.

Australia

The design school in the main building of the University of Melbourne has a unique tree structure. Interior is made in natural colors, which further emphasizes this effect.

The school of grammar in Niddri is made using interesting color combinations. The sloping walls create a special atmosphere. Smooth lines and bright colors give the building an impressive view. It seems that the students are just delighted with their school.

European countries

The school in Kungsbacka (Sweden) was built in 2014. The project of the building was designed by Kjelgren Kaminsky. Outside, the institution looks pretty simple. But inside you can see just an explosion of color.

In Copenhagen there is a gymnasium, many modern children would like to study in it. The point is that here training relies almost exclusively on tablets and computers. Children spend most of their school hours without teachers, being in large groups.

Other countries

The new campus of the American College in Tarsus (Turkey) looks like an office building during the day. But as soon as the sun descends beyond the horizon, the walls of the school begin to literally emit a soft orange glow.

The international school in Bangkok looks more like a mansion, and not the place where children are taught Thai culture.

The Sra-Pu professional school in Cambodia looks very bright. Villagers can visit this brick building to learn math or even master the rules of doing small business.

Singapore University of Technology is a true example of a "green" architecture. Why are there only gardens on its roof? Inside this is a multi-level building, in the arrangement of which there is also a lot of greenery.

Shunde Elementary School, which is located in Guangdong Province (China), was built by K2LD Architectural Bureau. Open transitions between the buildings, located crosswise, cast a shadow on the courtyard.

And this is the Russian Ballet School. Like many other similar establishments, it looks rather modest on the outside. But as soon as you enter, you will be amazed by wooden and glass constructions (the main photo). This school was named the school with the best design at the World Architecture Festival in 2015.

In Birmingham, in the state of Alabama, children can learn both inside and outside the school.

In 2016, the institution received a design award, largely due to well-maintained paths and beautiful landscaping. On the territory of almost one and a half square kilometers there is a boarding school and a day school.

All buildings are perfectly combined with nature. The creators of the project set a goal to create a calming environment for the harmonious development and education of children. Obviously, they have achieved their goal.
