Wooden Belorussian Doors Out of the Array

It is known that the theater begins with a hanger, and the house starts with a door. The front door gives the opportunity to add some impression of the dwellers. As for the interior doors, they are generally a full-fledged piece of interior, participating in its decoration along with furniture. Doors from which only materials are not manufactured - in our time, a large number of practical materials of artificial origin are known. However, natural wood is still not only relevant, but also popular.

The wooden array looks very solid and luxurious, so it is actively used to produce doors characterized by various design delights. In general, under an array of wood today is understood not only a single piece of wood, but also a material created by gluing several, thinner boards. This makes it possible to create webs that are highly resistant to deformation as a result of humidity changes. Thus, the glued array is more technological and practical, yet absolutely natural.

Doors made of laminated wood do not dry up and do not deform with time, which inevitably happens with products made of ordinary wood. Plus them also in the fact that they are cheaper! Doors made from natural wood do not have the same color, moreover, the parts of the same product differ in shades. This gives them a special charm and exclusivity. For example, oak doors can have shades from light yellow to reddish-brown (depending on the age of the tree).

Oak wood is quite difficult to process, but it produces very strong and durable products. But cherries or ash are more malleable, so the technological process is a little easier. From inexpensive pine doors are also made, because the wood of this tree is perfectly processed and allows you to get high quality products. In our country, Belarusian doors are very popular, produced from this material. On their production there is a pine growing near the famous Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Such products are a kind of compromise for those who appreciate natural materials, but are not prepared to pay too much for oak doors, for example. Doors made of solid pine can be made with blind (solid) or with glass inserts of various sizes and shapes.

The construction of the doors of "Byelorussian origin" is frame-panel. For their production there is only a well-dried file of pine, the moisture content of which is from 8 to 10%. The drawing on the surface of the doors is applied by milling and perfectly emphasizes the natural beauty of the tree. It should be noted that the Belarusian doors fully comply with the Russian GOST.
