Why violation of laws is considered a dangerous social behavior: the reasons

Social behavior is a qualitative category, characterized as social action and as interaction.

Each of us determines our behavior in society. The way we treat other people and the things that surround us, we pass on to our surroundings, and then to our offspring.

Our behavior in society can vary depending on certain circumstances. They often push to commit crimes. Why is the violation of laws considered a dangerous social behavior? To find out, you need to understand what is considered a social crime and what prompts people to commit such an act.

What is a social offense?

This phenomenon, which is characterized by the fact that a person passes the line of established social framework of mutual respect.

As a result, such a phenomenon can lead to the destruction of society from within.

Committing a social crime will never make a person the same. When he ceases to control himself and commits something bad, he believes that now everything is allowed to him. Especially often this happens if a person is not caught by law enforcement agencies.

Signs of a Social Offense

The same question is worrying: why violation of laws is considered a dangerous social behavior. If an individual crosses the line of mutual respect, then he is potentially dangerous. The whole point is that he violated the general social principles.

Such a violation is dangerous, because no one can know what a person is capable of, who at least once broke the law. In this case, the verdict is made by society.

Already in the primitive society, in violation of the laws of the head of the tribe, people were simply driven out. Why was the violation of the law so punished? Because it is not permissible to violate the laws of the leader or elders. Many will agree with such rules. Because, first, it will serve as an example for other individuals, and secondly, it will help to defeat crime in its very beginning.

Why do people go for social crimes

What makes a person socially dangerous? Why is the violation of laws considered a dangerous social behavior? The behavior of a person in a society can depend on a number of factors, among which:

- emotional and psychological qualities of individual individuals;

- personal or group interest in any events that occur;

- adaptive behavior, that is, behavior that is related to the need to adapt to the conditions of life;

- situational behavior, that is, behavior that is caused by real conditions that arise, when a subject has to take into account a particular situation in his own actions;

- behavior that is conditioned by moral and moral principles and values.

What can be inferred

We have figured out the question of why violation of laws is considered a dangerous social behavior. Because this leads to the destruction of the state security system, as well as the social guarantees of citizens. Subsequently, this is reflected in the mood of the public and the moral disintegration of individual individuals - therefore, violation of laws is considered a dangerous social behavior.

When the moral condition of individuals becomes low, they in the same spirit raise their children and communicate with each other. Excessive aggression and disrespect for human life have destructive power. Such a phenomenon can be considered worse than war, because military actions may not be fueled by low moral values and a desire to destroy. This can be just a necessary measure in case of aggression of the ruler of another country.

However, having analyzed this question from the point of view of the philosophy of law, we can say that if the laws are not violated, then they will not be improved. And the legislation should change with the change of society. After all, there must be progress in everything. Without it, humanity will degrade.

Yet it is difficult to imagine a society without any offense. But it is possible to improve the legislative base in order to minimize the possibility of committing wrongful acts. In addition, it is important to develop morality, first of all it is done through kinship ties, in schools.
