Of course, you should remember that for products such as honey, citrus fruits, chocolate, nuts and strawberries, you must be treated with caution throughout the period of pregnancy. In this case, it is better to wash the nose with decoctions of medicinal herbs or use oil droplets.

Preventing allergies during pregnancy.

Remember that allergy during pregnancy is much easier to prevent than treat. Therefore, do its prevention, which includes a special hypoallergenic diet and intake of vitamin complexes. In addition, you can conduct a survey and identify those substances that cause you allergic reactions.
