Where are the gypsum plaster walls used?

Pazogrebnevye blocks, partitions of which are becoming increasingly popular when deciding on the zoning of the premises, appeared in the construction relatively recently. The material significantly reduced labor intensity and cost of masonry. Next, let us examine in more detail what advantages such partitions have.

Pazogrebnevye plates: basic advantages

As it was said above, due to the use of the material, construction becomes more economical. One gypsum plasterboard, whose length is 66.7 cm and its height is 50 cm, can completely replace 14 silicate bricks. It can be used instead of 20 pcs. Single red with a size of 250 x 120 x 65 mm. For the silicate block, these parameters are somewhat lower, but they are also quite acceptable for reducing the cost of the work.

Scope and design features

Where are such partitions used? Pazogrebnevye plates are used for zoning residential and office premises with a ceiling height of not more than 4.2 m. The material has some design features that simplify masonry. In particular, the partition walls are built using a special connection. It is also used in other materials. Elements are joined to each other by means of a special lock - groove-crest. Hence, in fact, the name of the structures. Pazogrebnevye partitions (thickness - 100 mm) are quite stable. This is achieved by using the above-described connection. In addition, the lock increases the evenness of the structure, since the plate clearly sits in the longitudinal seam. In doing so, it reliably connects to the neighboring element.

Gypsum plaster walls

Elements for these structures are manufactured by injection molding technology. For production, gypsum grades G-5 or G-4 are used. This material is environmentally friendly, considered "breathable". The pierre-partitions made of it correspond to all existing requirements and norms, sanitary-hygienic including regulating the quality of construction and finishing material. To increase strength and performance in raw materials, special plasticizing components are added during the manufacture.

Classification

Modern partition walls can be ordinary and moisture resistant. Reduction of moisture absorption is achieved by adding portland cement and granulated blast furnace slag to the feedstock. To distinguish moisture-proof elements, they are covered in green. Conventional gypsum boards are used only in structures with normal and dry conditions. Hydrophobized (moisture resistant) may be used for high humidity. Full-bodied and hollow blocks are produced. The latter can significantly reduce the weight of the structure. The standard size of hollow slabs is 667 x 500 x 80. Their weight is almost a quarter less than that of full-bodied plates (22-24 kg in comparison with 30-32). There is also a classification according to the shape of the groove and the crest - a trapezoidal and a rectangular type. This parameter has no particular effect on the strength and quality of the structure.

Operational characteristics

The structures have a good noise absorption coefficient. It is 34-40 dB. Pazogrebnevye partitions, the thickness of which is 80 mm, in terms of their level of thermal insulation corresponds to concrete walls of 400 mm. The structures have a high level of fire resistance. They are able to delay the spread of fire at a temperature of 1100 degrees for three hours, without losing its bearing capacity.

Silicate partition gratings

The technology of manufacturing structural elements involves the use of quartz sand, lime quicklime and water. This mixture is compressed and then sent to the autoclave chamber. In it, under the influence of high temperatures and pressure, a sufficiently strong calcareous sand conglomerate is formed. Silicate blocks have greater mechanical strength and lower moisture absorption compared to those described above. In this regard, they can be used without restrictions for the construction of load-bearing and interroom structures in rooms with different, including wet conditions.

Operational characteristics

The mass of the silicate block is 15.6 kg, the density is 1870 kg / m 3 . The material resists the fire quite well. Silicate blocks do not release harmful compounds into the air, they do not conduct electricity. The compound used has a high level of sound absorption. Due to the high breathing capacity (gas permeability) in the room where the pile-up partition from the silicate block is built, a comfortable microclimate is created. Even with significant changes in the moisture regime, the material does not undergo rotting and deformation.

Manufacturers and Costs

Pazogrebnevye partitions, the price of which is very acceptable (from 160 to 250 rubles apiece), are very popular recently. For the erection of an even structure it is necessary to use high-quality elements. The accuracy of geometry is one of the requirements that must be met by pseudo-spline walls. "Knauf" and "Volma" are two well-known manufacturers supplying high-quality products to the market. Finishing materials of these companies are in high demand among the population. The structures constructed with the use of these elements do not need to be additionally plastered. Enough to cover them with a primer and finish the finish.

Important points

The construction of partitions from pierreplots is carried out after erection of the enclosing and load-bearing structures in the building / premise, before the beginning of the laying of the finishing floor and the final finishing works. In the process of redevelopment and reconstruction, interior elements can be either single or double. The second option is used in case if it is necessary to hide engineering communications, to lay a heater when one side of the partition is adjacent to the cold room.

Mounting Features

Direct assembly at the site involves docking at the seams. In the course of work, it is necessary to control the horizontal and vertical rows. During the assembly process, the slabs are installed with both grooves up and down. According to the regulations, the first option is recommended. When the groove is paired upward, the glue assembly mix will spread evenly over the joint. As a fixing compound is used putty "Fugenfüller" or ordinary adhesive for aerated concrete.

Course of work

With the help of a cement-sand mortar, the base is leveled under the partition. After that, the first row is set. On each plate, the surfaces of the ridge and groove are covered with an adhesive composition so that at seams the seam is not more than 1-2 mm. Installation is carried out with bandaging of connections. To form an elastic abutment to the load-bearing and enclosing structures, the pylo-partition plates are fixed with special staples. These elements are installed in the grooves and fixed with a self-tapping screw to the ceiling or anchor dowels to the fences. In accordance with the regulations, it is recommended to use gaskets from bitumen felt or from cork. They are installed along the entire perimeter of the outer joint.
