What is the tariff for electricity in Belarus for the population?

The power industry of the Republic of Belarus is an important branch not only in the economy, but also in the social sphere. This sector is of strategic importance. It is on the economy that the level and quality of life of the population is reflected. But uninterrupted supplies to the population are possible only on condition that the corresponding tariff for electricity in Belarus is established.

Electric power engineering at this stage of the state development has excellent indicators and is one of the most progressive engines of the domestic economy. Enterprises belonging to this sector provide their customers with a set of services of the best quality. This means that they provide stable, reliable and sustainable supplies of electricity for the population. Emergency power stations are excluded from power stations, enterprises do not cause any harm to the ecological environment.

Single rate tariff

The tariff for electricity in Belarus for the population is established and fixed by the decree of the Ministry of Economy. In the state there is a classification of rates for this type of resource.

It is impossible to single out a group of consumers, for which a single-rate tariff is typical. This form of calculation is used by different people. Deal with the tariff is simple: for every kilowatt of energy consumed the consumer must pay a fixed amount. The number of wound kilowatts is determined over a certain period of time.

The disadvantages of such a system include:

  • Independent price;
  • Difficulties in regulating cost;
  • Non-uniform quantity of consumption for a certain time cycle (for example, day);
  • Different load graphs of the energy system (economically this is not profitable, since the industrial facility is much more expensive to reproduce electricity at the time of its greatest consumption, while at a minimal workload the station operates in a relaxed, relaxed mode).

The tariff is differentiated by time

This tariff for electricity in Belarus for the population has its advantages:

  • The charge is made only per kilowatt of active energy;
  • Consumption is divided depending on the time of day;
  • The price is clearly divided according to the time zone.

But this type of tariff is set only if a failure occurs in the load schedule. This applies, as a rule, to the night shift. Another situation is the lack of resources for energy production during its maximum consumption. For these reasons, there was an established time zone, which is between 11:00 pm and 6:00 AM. Within these limits, the cost of a kilowatt of electricity is reduced, since the loads on industrial facilities are small. In the rest of the time, the calculation is carried out at an increased price.

The tariff differentiated by volumes of consumption

This tariff for electricity in Belarus for the population is calculated for a different period of time. If in previous cases a day was taken for the interval, then it is more global - the price depends on the month. In this form of tariff are taken into account:

  • The period of minimum load on industrial facilities;
  • Hours of medium loads on the power system;
  • Time of maximum hard work.

In the period of minimal (according to statistics) loads on energy facilities, the cost of electricity is lower. This division is due to the costs of generating electricity in certain periods.

As in the previous form of the tariff, the hours of the least loads are within the limits of eleven pm to six in the morning. Peaks of maximum load are set from eight to eleven in the morning and from six to nine in the evening.

When paying for differentiated tariffs, it is possible to save money. You can save your home budget with a competent approach to the financial side of this issue.

State regulation

One of the most consumed resources is electricity. Tariffs (Belarus) are established for this reason at the state level. Decrees of the Council of Ministers also determine the norms of consumption by the population of this resource. The main document in regulating the rates is the declaration on the level of tariffs. The document must necessarily be registered in the Department of the Ministry of Economy on pricing. It is this paper that gives the organization ("Belenergo") the right to supply the resource to end users.

Setting bids

Electricity consumption rates in Belarus, as well as rates for this type of resource are reviewed every six months. The amount of consumption is set each time. Factors affecting the calculation of tariffs include:

  • Population;
  • Installation of a counter;
  • Type of plate (gas or electric);
  • The period during which the system is assigned a load;
  • Special conditions (family-type children's home, large families, disabled people);
  • Time differentiation.

Innovations in the calculation system

New laws affected many industries, this list included electricity. Tariffs (Belarus, 2015) have changed somewhat. The cost of a kilowatt of energy was raised by twenty percent. This is due to the fact that, unlike the previous period, the value-added tax rate was taken into account. Previously, this item of expenditure fell under state subsidies. But even in this scenario, the population is unable to pay off all the country's costs. In 2016, the residents of the Republic of Belarus were able to cover only two-thirds of the costs.

Influence of living conditions

Electricity norms in Belarus depend on many factors. One of them is the presence of an electric stove.

If the device is installed in the apartment, working on gas, then for one kilowatt of energy the consumer should give the minimum cost - 0,1188 rubles. But the flow limit is equal to one hundred and fifty kilowatts. If the threshold is exceeded, the accruals will go at a new price - 0.155. But in the case of overstepping the threshold of three hundred kilowatts the consumer will have to pay already 0.19 rubles, that is, to compensate all losses to the state.

Owners of an electric plate pay for the spent resource also depending on quantity. But the norm will be increased. Up to two hundred and fifty kilowatts - the price is 0.1013 rubles, up to four hundred - 0.13117, over four hundred - 0.19. It also means reimbursement of all economically justified costs to the state.

The sizes of the differentiated rates

Payment for electricity in Belarus can be carried out according to differentiated tariffs. This allows you to divide the consumption of resources depending on the time period. To conduct a calculation with the state in this way, you need to conclude an agreement with the organization that supplies electricity. According to the created paper, the user will be installed specialized meters.

The size of the bets will also hang from the presence of an electric stove in the house:

  • In hours of reduced loads for one kilowatt you need to pay 0,0708 rubles;
  • In hours of maximum loads - 0,2027.

Users of gas equipment are waiting for other tariffs:

  • In hours of reduced loads for one kilowatt you need to pay 0.0834 rubles;
  • In hours of maximum loads - 0.2385 rubles.

Thus, the tariff for electricity in Belarus for the population depends on many factors. Having become acquainted with the list of such circumstances and the tariffs themselves, you can save your home budget.
