What are the skin diseases in humans?

The largest human body is the skin. It performs many functions in the body (conductor, protective, excretory) and has a complex composition. Diseases of the skin always require careful diagnosis and investigation of the causes of their occurrence.

Typically, the basis of such diseases are physiological factors: disruptions in the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, endocrine glands and external, as well as problems in the endocrine system. The state of the skin is affected by the disruption of the work of the organs of hematopoiesis.

As a rule, if a person is in unfavorable social conditions and at the same time has a weakened immune system, skin diseases can develop very quickly. Of course, one of the reasons for the occurrence of such diseases can be specific working conditions. So, if you work with chemicals, and even underground, you should remember that skin diseases (if they arise) in this case always acquire a sluggish character, They, unfortunately, become chronic.

If the body undergoes major changes related to the central nervous system, the risk of neurodermatitis increases.

One of the frequent manifestations of skin diseases are dermatitis, which are contact and allergic. Contact dermatitis is of a physical, chemical or biological nature. A similar kind of disease can be caused by sunlight, chemicals, or contact with some plants. Sometimes simple (or contact) dermatitis appears as a result of using chemicals for cleaning or cleaning, fertilizers or heavy metal salts. In this case, it passes very quickly and is localized directly at the site of contact with a particular chemical element.

Allergic skin diseases , which manifest as allergic dermatitis, are characterized by a slower development than contact dermatitis. When the skin is allergic, it begins to form allergens. Increases the level of lymphocytes, which are designed to neutralize them. As a rule, the main effect of allergic dermatitis occurs internally, the external manifestations of it are large red spots covering extensive areas of the skin.

Also, allergic skin disease in humans can occur due to failures of the gastrointestinal tract, hypovitaminosis and due to specific features of the body.

One type of skin disease is eczema, which occurs against the background of increased sensitivity to the action of external and internal factors. Eczema is divided into two types: true and microbial. True eczema often occurs against the background of allergic dermatitis, when with intense scratching of the skin microbubbles are formed. After the bubble breaks, a crust forms in its place.

Microbial eczema is manifested when infected with streptococcus or numularia. Sometimes eczema can manifest as a consequence of professional activity. Often, such a form becomes chronic and difficult to treat. The first thing to do in this case is to change the kind of activity.

Diseases of the skin can be both acquired and hereditary. Most often this concerns ichthyosis, which is characterized by the formation of scales of grayish hue. The disease occurs due to genetic disorders, the cause of which is not established. The congenital form of the disease is often incompatible with life. The usual form of ichthyosis manifests itself in childhood, and the disease can not be cured to the end. The acquired form is most often manifested in old age.
