All surfaces are gently glued without glitches. Thus, the finished glued beam gradually gathers. After this work is done, the resulting material is fixed with clamps. After the glue dries out (the time is also specified in the instructions), the beam is subjected to final treatment - by grinding with a sanding machine or planer until it receives a beautiful streamlined shape characteristic of the factory product.

Profiled bar with their own hands to perform even easier. You need to take a regular beam and give it the necessary geometric shape, using any available tools for woodworking.
