Vladimir Denisov: sport achievements and biography

Vladimir Denisov is one of the best Belarusian hockey players in the post-Soviet history of the country. He is the captain of the national team. I managed to play in many countries of the world.

early years

Vladimir was born in the summer of 1984 in the Vitebsk region, in the Byelorussian SSR. Since childhood, he dreamed of becoming an athlete, because at an early age, the parents gave the boy to hockey. Against the background of the rest of the guys, he did not stand out much, except his efficiency. He, like all children, dreamed of being an attacker and throwing a lot of goals, but the coaches saw him as a defensive player. The guy accepted this, and continued to work hard in the hope that one day he will be able to play for his native HC "Vitebsk".

Volodya showed himself as an athlete who does not pass before difficulties, ready at any time to enter the game. When the boy was only seventeen years old, he first gets into the application for the championship of Belarus. This was one of the happiest moments in the life of a prospective defender. The main stage of the career

After spending three years in his native team, in 2003 Vladimir joins the "Chemist-SKA". Here, he did not stay long, and already in 2004 the composition of the Minsk "Keramin" is replenished. In the capital's club he will become one of the leaders, and in two years will decide on moving to Russia. Vladimir Denisov joined the ranks of "Lada" from Togliatti. The hockey player will spend only one season in Minsk "Dynamo", for which he will play on the ice in forty-two games, will score five goals and make seven assists.

In 2010, he decides to take a serious step in his career, and moves to Switzerland, where he plays for the team "Ambri-Piotta" for a year. Here, the defender will also not stay for long, and already in the next season he returns to his homeland, where he spends several years in Dynamo. He, as always, shows a high level of the game, which deserves the love of the fans of the capital club.

In 2013 he receives an offer from the Nizhny-Novgorod "Torpedo" and signs a contract. In the Continental Hockey League will play in forty-nine bouts, throw two goals and give up nine assists. Thanks to a confident game, one of the strongest cubes in Russia - AK Bars - drew attention to Belarus. In 2014, Vladimir Denisov joins the Kazanians. The hockey player will lead an incredibly successful first season, for which he will appear on the ice fifty-six times, score three goals and give ten assists. The second year will not be so successful, and the athlete will have to leave for the Chelyabinsk "Tractor". It is worth noting that in this team he acts and to this day.

Career in the national team

In 2001, Vladimir was first summoned to the banner of the youth team. Then he became a participant in the world championship, and in 2003 received a call to the "youth team". In the same year he goes to the World Championship in his age category.

In 2004 Vladimir Denisov became the player of the first team of the country. He managed to play at the world competitions in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. It is worth noting that in 2010 he was the first time in his professional career went to the Olympic Games.
