Viktor Mikhailovich Goncharenko is a football player and coach from Belarus. Currently is a member of the coaching staff of CSKA Moscow.

Player's career

The sportsman held the first performances for a sports school in Minsk (1995-1997). Then the player received an offer from BATE, in which he performed until 2002.
