Viktor Mikhailovich Goncharenko is a football player and coach from Belarus. Currently is a member of the coaching staff of CSKA Moscow.

Player's career

The sportsman held the first performances for a sports school in Minsk (1995-1997). Then the player received an offer from BATE, in which he performed until 2002. In 2008, BATE managed to break into the group stage of the Champions League. The youngest in this competition was considered to be Goncharenko.
