How to get to Stockholm

You can get to the Swedish capital by ferry, by plane and by car.

Ferry

The advantages of the ferry are that it arrives in Stockholm in the mornings, docks in the city center, a couple of minutes walk to the metro. The ferry also allows you to go to Stockholm on a one-day cruise, in which case you do not have to rent a hotel room.

The main disadvantage of a ferry trip is that it takes a very long time. But, if you are a lover of sea voyages or for you this is the first time, then choose a ferry - do not regret it.

Ferries to the Swedish capital depart from St. Petersburg, Helsinki, Turku, Riga and Tallinn. Also, Sweden has a ferry connection with Poland, Germany, Norway, Lithuania and Denmark, but ferries from these countries do not come to Stockholm, but to other ports.
