At the end of the contract, the owner takes the apartment from the tenant, while checking the safety of all furniture and equipment. If a loss is found, the former tenant undertakes to pay them. In the absence of claims to it, the security deposit is returned, and the fact of the transfer of housing is confirmed by the relevant documentation.
