Stage two: fertilizing roses with organic fertilizers

After the radical dressing of roses with mineral fertilizers, as a rule, organic substances are introduced: mullein or bird droppings in a concentration of 1: 10 and 1: 20, respectively. If the spring turns out to be rainy, after two weeks you can repeat feeding with saltpetre, urea or complex mineral fertilizer. Stage three: top dressing of roses during budding or flowering

During the formation of buds of garden roses and at the beginning of flowering, proper fertilizing is very important. Potassium fertilizers are usually introduced , as they make the bloom longer, and the coloring is brighter and more saturated. In addition, it is possible to add organic matter: mullein or bird droppings. In cold and rainy weather, these plants absorb nutrients from the soil much worse, therefore, in this case, it is more expedient to fertilize roses by spraying bushes with a small sieve watering can. And the smaller the sieve, the better. This procedure is carried out in the early morning or evening, as well as in cloudy weather, when the absorption of nutrients through the leaves is more intense.
