It's no secret that people spend a significant part of the family budget on food products , because almost everyone likes and loves to eat hearty and tasty.   • Fruit. Focus on personal preferences. It is desirable to have in the list of apples and lemons, because they are often used in cooking various dishes.
  • Milk products. For a month it is better to buy only butter, yoghurts and hard cheese, they have a long shelf life. But cottage cheese, milk, sour cream and other sour-milk products should be purchased fresh.
  • Canned food. The list of products for a month can not be complete without sprats, meat pates, stews, peas and corn.
  • Pasta. It is better to choose a variety of varieties. Sample set: feathers, spirals, spaghetti and small noodles- "spiderweb".
  • Cereals and pulses. Standard set includes buckwheat, rice, millet and kidney beans. But the menu can be significantly varied with peas, lentils, oat and pearl barley. And lovers of exotic will appreciate mash and chickpeas.
  • Meat products. For freezing it is worth buying pork fillets (beef or lamb), white (red) fish, soup bones, fresh bacon, half-finished products (cutlets, steaks, meatballs), whole leg or whole chicken and chicken. Do not forget about sausages and smoked products.
  • Sweets. Do not forget to include in the list of products for a month your favorite cookies, sweets, gingerbread and condensed milk.
  • Beverages. Different types of tea (black, green, herbal), coffee (natural or soluble), cocoa. Or choose only what you prefer.
  • Seasonings, spices and dressings. Different kinds of pepper (sweet pea, red and black), sugar (sugar or sugar ), salt, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, sunflower and olive oil.
