To protect nature means to save life

We hear about the need to protect nature from early childhood. Most often we only hear. Adults (not counting school teachers) rarely explain to babies why it should be done. Moreover, adult behavior most often demonstrates reverse examples.

Do you remember how many times you kindled campfires outside the city? How many branches are broken? How many flowers were torn off, resting in the forest?

We say to the kid: "Take care of nature!", But we throw garbage into rivers, we pollute the atmosphere, we poison the soil with excessive amount of fertilizers. And at the same time we hope that ecological cataclysms will not reach us.

Have you ever thought about why you need to protect nature? A common answer is: "To save ecology!", Although absolutely accurate, but sounds unconsciously (most often). Let's try to dream up and remember the real facts.

Imagine that you are the owner of a site and at the same time a small workshop for the production of chemicals. To increase profits, you drain chemical waste to your site. Here you send scraps, sewage. What do you think will happen to your land in a year? And ten years from now? Which plants will survive on it? Will they be edible?

But after all, we do this with our planet. We forget that we must not take care of nature periodically, during the actions, but every day, every second.

The example is not forgotten, when several decades ago in China all sparrows were destroyed: they ate rice crops. But instead of increasing the yield, first a huge number of pests, then - the drying out of forests and, consequently, the shallowing of rivers. There are many such examples in the history of Russia and the planet Earth.

Remember the sad fate of the Aral Sea, unceasing forest fires. Think about how many people were poisoned with vegetables with an excess of chemicals, how many people are suffocating in an industrial waste environment?

Why should you protect nature? If you answer briefly, then in order to live. To have healthy children, to bring up healthy grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

But how correctly to protect the nature?

  1. From early childhood, it is necessary to teach babies to take care of everything alive: do not tear wild flowers, do not break branches, do not throw garbage on asphalt, do not burn fires anywhere. Help us imagine what will happen to the planet if each inhabitant breaks one tree? In the world, seven billion trees will be less. We'll just suffocate.
  2. Teach your child not to litter the ponds, do not dump them and leave plastic bags, bottles and other garbage on the ground. Remember: it is preserved in the earth for hundreds of years!
  3. Teach school children to love nature. You can just go hiking and enjoy the natural beauty. And you can plant a whole park with your own hands or make a flower garden.
  4. Make the student think about the future. Encourage him to look for alternative fuels, harmless methods of production.
  5. Punish the owners of enterprises that merge industrial waste into rivers or soil. Fight those who pollute the atmosphere. Follow the poachers.
  6. Refuse from drugs, smoking. Remember: you are also a part of nature that you need to protect.
