The temple "Quench My Sorrows" in Marino - the first temple built in the capital in the twenty-first century

According to legend, in the 18th century in Russia a woman was mourned because she was seriously ill, and asked the Mother of God to heal her. In her dream the icon of the Mother of God appeared to her, and the woman heard a voice coming from her. The Virgin herself told her to be taken to Moscow in Pupyshev, to the church of St. Nicholas, where there is an icon called "Soothe My Sorrows." She must be found and prayed before her.

The first church in Marino

The first small church in Maryino was founded in 1996.
