We need:
- cold water - 3 glasses;
- sugar - 3 kg;
- cleaned plum - 6 kg.

1. Cut the plums in half and remove the bones from them.
2. Put the plums in a glass jar (container) and add sugar and water.
3. Then tie the neck with gauze and put it on for 2-4 days in a warm dark place.
4. When the first signs of fermentation appear (on the surface of the tincture appear bubbles and foam), on the bottle, pull the medical glove (you can buy at the pharmacy) with a hole in one of the fingers or install a water seal.
5. Leave the tincture for 30-40 days until fermentation ends.
6. Then filter the tincture through gauze.
7. Pour the resulting beverage into bottles, then tightly seal them.
8. After 3-4 months of aging in a dark, cold place and can be consumed.

A simple tincture recipe
For one three-liter can we take 2 kg of plum, 0.5 kg of sugar and fill the remaining space with vodka. We put it for 10 days, then filter and defend for another 40 days. The tincture is ready!
