Sculpture as an art form has very specific characteristics. The main one is that the sculptural image is three-dimensional, three-dimensional. The object for the image in the sculpture is, as a rule, a person, or an animal. With this are related and genre features of this art: a statue or a bust, a group composition, an animalistic genre. A statue is a man sculpted by a sculptor in full growth, sometimes with household, story elements. A bust is a portrait of a person on the chest. Group composition depicts a group of people connected by single plastic movements and plot. This can be an image of a domestic scene, a historical or mythological plot.
