The Institutionalization of Corruption is the Highest And Last of His Stage

A privateer in Ukraine, small or large, is not yet quite real. He exists insofar as he suffers a "roof" over himself. "The roof" - this is an official, fused with a bandit. The private sector here is like a cow in a poor large family. They are fed somehow, but give milk to everyone. The cream is the same as the bulk, as the head of the family was called by the Russians.

It's hard to talk about this without any concern, it's so difficult that no-no, and yes, you'll think: is it necessary? Watching even the animal world, you involuntarily condemn the predator and you regret the herbivore, who has to rely only on fast legs. And then all the same people. However, it is necessary, it is also necessary to glance at the world of people even rarely to look at the naturalist.

So, the Soviet state turned out to be a bad master and had to create a kind of private ownership. At the same time, it was not possible to avoid engaging itself, either. Public offices - from the district to the minister - have become private property of individuals. Very special private property relations have taken shape. One has a factory, the other has a job.

You to me, I to you.

Could it be otherwise? Was it otherwise under similar conditions? Did not have. If not to be tricky, then we must conclude that it could not be - and will not be anywhere. North Korea, having got rid of its leaders one day, is likely to follow the same path as Ukraine.

Why? Let's take a closer look at this bundle: the private owner is the "roof". Is it possible without a "roof"? Is it possible, in other words, to overtake on them - the precinct, the minister, the "brother" of the deputy - so much fear that their small souls go to their heels and do not return? You can not. It is impossible, because there is nobody.

- How - no one? And society?

- The society? And where is it? Maybe you will show it to me?

We look through history. To overtake the fear of an official and a bandit can only the privateer himself, a toiling bourgeois. This good deed is called a bourgeois revolution. The privateer takes power into his hands. A whip, a cake and a prayer book. Do not steal! Otherwise, you'll fall: into hell - after death, and in life - in the likeness of hell called prison. So the private owner gradually creates a favorable environment for himself.

Let's look at the Ukrainian private trader. Is he strong enough to crumple his "roof" in a cake? Not yet. Could he have managed without her right now? Also no. "The roof" provides some sort of order. It helps "solve problems". This is what she does consciously. More importantly, it does unconsciously. She brings up in the privateer hatred of herself. And the ripe hatred of the private trader is not only unlimited. This is creative hatred. By suppressing the "roof", it creates a democratic capitalism - a higher one, than mankind currently has.

Researchers note the fact of historical significance. Corruption in Ukraine (in Russia, too) has been institutionalized in recent years. This means that she is legalized. The corresponding law is not written and not declared, but it exists, acts, gets along with it. By this he differs from the medieval law of feudal and state charters - he was not simply declared, but consecrated. That is why the sacred right of choice had to be replaced by the sacred right of private property. Wedge knocked out a wedge. Do not pass the same post-socialist feudalism. The institutionalization of corruption is its highest and last stage. The "Orange" revolution did not mean to put an end to this story. She was more modest. But one of its leaders at one time still declared: "My government will not steal." To steal, of course, no one stopped, but the word flew out, and it is not a sparrow. So another 30-40 years, and if nothing happens, then ...
