The drug "Fluiditek" is a medicinal product used for the purpose of facilitating sputum discharge (with a "wet" cough), for the treatment of bronchitis (acute) and with exacerbation of the chronic form of this disease, as well as tracheitis, tracheobronchitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, rhinitis, Sinusitis, otitis media. The drug is also used in the preparation of patients for bronchography, bronchoscopy and for the prevention of bronchial secretion disorders after these studies.

The main form of release is syrup.

The drug contains an active substance - carbocysteine. Auxiliary components: methylparahydroxybenzoate, glycerin, dyes, sucrose, sodium hydroxide, caramel flavor, purified water.

The active substance has a high degree of absorption in the stomach, intestine. The maximum content of blood plasma, mucous membranes of the respiratory tract is observed three hours after admission. Medication is able to accumulate in the secretion of bronchi in high concentrations. The drug undergoes a metabolism in the liver, then is secreted by the kidneys. Complete excretion is carried out on the third day after use.

The drug has a pronounced expectorant, mucolytic effect, which is caused by the activation of enzymes of goblet cells of the bronchial mucous membranes with sialic transferases. As a result, normal conditions are created for the functioning of the ciliary epithelium of the respiratory tract, mucociliary transport is completely restored. The drug significantly reduces the intensity of inflammatory phenomena in the mucosa, normalizes its normal structure.

The drug is intended for internal administration. Recommended dosage of the drug "Flüditik": 2 tablespoons three times during the day. The drug should not be taken to patients with diabetes because of the content of sucrose in it. During pregnancy, the use of the drug is allowed according to the doctor's prescription. During breastfeeding, it is advisable to avoid the use of this medication. The drug does not affect the ability to manage various vehicles, dangerous mechanisms.
