Tent-tents: types, application

The weather is not always favorable to us: rain, wind, hot sunshine. Tourists, gardeners, summer residents spend most of their time in nature. From bad climatic conditions, the tent-tent is saved. They have a small weight, rigid and sturdy construction, optimum volume, wind resistance. A special fabric ensures the preservation of heat inside. Quick installation allows them to be installed as soon as possible.

History

In ancient times, the nomads rode horses and in kibits. Tents carried pack animals. Temporary dwellings were installed on the site of long-term parking. Now the function of the dwelling is lost. Mostly it is used in the country, on picnics or in hiking.

Application

The tent-tent consists of a frame and a cloth stretched over it. The base is made of fiberglass or metal tube. For awning, synthetic water-repellent fabrics are used . The use of tents is due to their purpose:

• For campaigns, models selected for field conditions are selected. They are lightweight, waterproof, windproof and have mosquito netting. In winter conditions, the number of layers plays an important role. For lodging with a stove in the forest, a single-layered and light tent is suitable. Cold nights require a second layer, which protects against cold and condensation. The weight of the structure in this case is reduced due to the lack of a bottom, which is replaced by a cloth. Models can be 4-coal, and also 5,6,8-coal.
• For the garden you need a structure in which you can expand or unfasten unnecessary partitions, leaving only mosquito nets. The tent-tent for the dacha has walls, windows, doors. The walls are straight and sloping. The first space is expanded, the second is narrowed, but the house is made steady by the gusts of the wind. A sloping roof prevents the accumulation of water, withdraws it. Some products have a vent to remove cigarette smoke, brazier or simply heated air from the room. These are beautiful tent-tents. Pergolas on their basis will be appreciated by relatives and friends.
• For outdoor recreation, tents without walls are used. This is a tent, fitting a quadrangular frame. This model is compact, lightweight and affordable.

Types

• By design: tents with an independent frame, tents with a central stake, gable tent-tent with skeleton based on skis.
• By the shape of the bottom: round, square with bevelled edges, without bottom.

From the shape of the bottom depends on wind resistance. The closer to the circle, the more pronounced the protection from the wind. The bottom of 4 faces is allowed - it gives a lot of useful area, simplifies installation, but gusts of the wind can demolish it. The absence of a bottom allows you to install the stove.

The tent-tent makes recreation in nature more comfortable: protect from wind, dust, rain, sun, mosquitoes. A wide range of products allows you to choose the most suitable model. The price depends on the capacity of the tent, the form, the purpose. It is not worth saving, since a dwelling, even temporary, should be cozy and reliable.
