The drug "Fermatron" is used in the form of injections. Introduction is carried out in the synovial space of the joints with osteochondrosis. This viscoelastic drug is a 1% solution of the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid (hyaluronan). The "Fermatron" means a prosthesis (analog) of the synovial fluid.

The drug is intended to replace gilauronan synovia after injury by traumatic or degenerative disorders in the joint. The mechanism of action of the drug is based on the physico-chemical properties and biocompatibility of the agent.

The tool "Fermatron" (the instruction contains such information) damages direct loads on a joint, and at lateral loadings the medicine executes a role of lubricant (lubricant). The drug has a stimulating effect on synovial cells, and also provides cartilage protection, preventing the penetration of molecules and cells that destroy it.

The "Fermatron" agent influences the cause of the development of arthrosis. The medication restores the protective and visco-elastic properties of the fluid in the joints, reduces inflammation, promotes the restoration of homeostasis in the cartilage, and stimulates the synthesis of natural hyaluronan. The drug effectively eliminates stiffness and pain in the knee and other large synovial joints.

A stable result is noted after the fourth administration of the drug. A persistent therapeutic effect persists for six months or more since the last injection.

The medication is already prepared for administration. The product is released in a disposable syringe equipped with a rubber cap, as well as thread. This provides a more dense connection with the needle clutch and eliminates leakage of the drug when inserted into the joint cavity. Use of the drug in this form prevents re-infection with intra-articular injection.

In a number of clinical studies of mutagenic, allergic and toxic effects, no remedy was found.

Given the properties, the drug "Fermatron" instruction recommends using to eliminate stiffness or pain in the knee and other joints in the background of traumatic or degenerative changes. The agent is indicated at various stages of osteoarthritis, as well as after arthroscopic manipulations.

The "Fermatron" medication injection regimen recommends the installation according to the severity of traumatic or degenerative changes individually.

The agent is injected into the synovial space in the diseased joint. The interval between injections is usually a week. Intra-articular administration should be performed by a specialist. Before injection, the site of injection is treated with an antiseptic. Exudate (if any) is removed before administration.

The recommended dosage for one injection is two milligrams. For the appearance of a persistent effect, as a rule, four injections are necessary (one week after the injection), however, in clinical practice the result is noted after the third injection. Do not use more than five injections per course.

Means "Fermatron-Plus" instruction recommends the use of 1-3 injections. Duration of application - 1-3 weeks.

The tool "Fermatron" instruction does not admit to use in the presence of infected wounds, skin disease, abrasions at the injection site. It is not recommended for a drug with acute synovitis, with hypersensitivity. Do not prescribe the drug in childhood.

Information about the safety of use of the drug during lactation and pregnancy is absent. Therefore, the use of medication is allowed only on the advice of a doctor.
