Susan Pevensey in the British TV series 1967 "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" was played by Suleika Robson. About this actress little is known, and the TV series of the 60's now no one remembers.

More popular was the eponymous project, shot in 1988 by the BBC channel. Then the role of Susan went to the young actress Sophie Cook. The role of Susan Pevensi in a colorful series of films from Walden Media went to British actress Anna Popplwell. This is what Susan remembered all young viewers, who in 2005 saw the first part of the new adaptation of the works of Clive Lewis.

Anna Popplwell was born in 1988 in London. At the time of the shooting of the film "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," the girl was almost seventeen, and in the picture she had to play a twelve-year-old girl. Nevertheless, Anna coped well with her task. Otherwise, she could not have been, because after six years she attended a drama school in London.

Moreover, from about the same age, Anna began acting in films: she played in the drama "Mansfield Park", in the films "Vampireenysh" and "Love in a cold climate", and also was involved in many other film projects. Also the girl was shot in advertising.

After participating in such a large-scale project as the "Chronicles of Narnia", Anna's career should have jerked up, but this did not happen. Since then, she only took part in the filming of the series "Kingdom".
