Some poisonous spiders

The most poisonous spiders are considered the most beautiful. Dangerous to humans are karakurts, tarantulas, eresus. Thus, the poison of the mastoforas of the Gasterokantoides - a spider of the Araneid family - has a strong necrotic effect (causing necrosis of the tissue).

The females of the Karakurts arrange their lairs under the stones, covering it with a web for catching insects. Males of this species are vegetarians.

These spiders dwell in Moldova, Dagestan, Central Asia, the Crimea. The female of the Karakurt has a globular dense abdomen of black color with reddish and whitish spots. In addition, she has a pair of poisonous tubular glands that are located in the main joint chelicer (upper jaws). At the end of the gland is a movable sharp claw with a hole in the duct. Under the pressure of the enveloping muscle shell, a poison is released.

The most dangerous are the sexually mature female karakurt of South American species. Their poison is fifteen times stronger than the poison of the rattlesnake.

The relationship between the sexes of this species of spiders is of interest. The male, who discovered the den, begins active courtship for the female. "Excitation" is manifested (almost always) by characteristic twitches of threads of a web. The latter, having noticed these "signals", often rushes to the male and turns him into flight. However, after some time he returns and continues to "courtship". The male begins to weave the nets and lure the female in them with characteristic rhythmic movements. Spiders are mating in the mink of a female. After the male tries to hide quickly, but he succeeds rarely. The female sprinkles poison on him, as a result of which the male's legs are glued together. Then she eats it.

In Russia, a few poisonous spiders are able to bite the human skin. A South Russian tarantula can be a danger . His hairy body is yellowish-brown color with a black pattern has a length of about three and a half centimeters.

He lives in a vertical deep (up to sixty centimeters) mink. The spider's bite is similar in feel to how the wasp stings. There is also a tumor on the bitten place.

Poisonous spiders of the Araneid family are found on the territory of Peru. A dangerous representative is the type of mastofor gasterokantoides. These poisonous spiders, as a rule, amaze people involved in caring for vineyards. After a bite there is a sharp pain, then a strong swelling. Subsequently, destruction (necrosis) of tissues occurs in the affected area, in some cases to the bone itself.

Dangerous to humans and such poisonous spiders as a ctenus, lycopodium raptoria, but a special danger for humans is the form of dendrifiantes noxiosus. These poisonous spiders-horses have a small size - about four to five millimeters. The bite of them causes first acute pain, then there is blood in the urine. Death comes a few hours later.

Spider-bird eating is not dangerous for humans. In any case, there are no deaths from his bites, but a large enough wound can remain in his place.

Tarantula spiders have dvuhsantimetrovye chelicera (upper jaws). They are often kept at home.

Breeders who are allergic to bites of bees or bees should be careful with such a spider, despite the fact that no case of anaphylactic shock has been described.

Speaking of domestic tarantulas, we should say about some rules of behavior when bitten.

First of all, you do not need to panic. It is necessary to carefully remove the spider from the hand and plant it in the terrarium, and the wound should be treated with hydrogen peroxide, iodine, any other antiseptic. It is recommended to take an antihistamine (for example, the drug "Diazolin", "Suprastin" or "Tavegil"), call a doctor.
