The baking time in this case will increase slightly.

There is another variation of dishes from chicken and potatoes. For him, young vegetables are good, but you can also use the winter variety. Chicken fillet is cut into small pieces, onion shredded in half rings, potatoes are cleaned and cut into thin slices. In the prepared form is laid onions, on it meat, and then potatoes. Each layer is slightly salted, spices are added. From above everything is smeared with mayonnaise, after which it is put in the oven. Shortly before the end of the preparation of the dish from chicken and potatoes, it is pulled out, a little tomato paste or ketchup is added (it can be replaced with fresh tomatoes cut into cubes), sprinkled with cheese. After this, it is put in for another 5 minutes.

Juicy and delicious is a blanket of chicken - a dish that came to us from French cuisine. The chicken is boiled. The broth is gradually added chopped carrots, onions and potatoes. When the meat is ready, it is taken from the broth, cut into small pieces and laid out in a deep frying pan, the boiled vegetables are added here. In the pan melted butter, poured fat milk or cream, brought to a boil, put the flour, mixed, so as not to form lumps. The resulting sauce is poured into the broth, the consistency should be approximately like a liquid sour cream, if necessary, for thickening, put a little more flour. The sauce is mixed with vegetables, boiled and chopped mushrooms are added, everything is boiled, sprinkled with herbs and served on the table.

Not only tasty, but also useful are dishes from cabbage and potatoes with the addition of chicken. For example, vegetable stew. To do this, the chicken is boiled, gets from the broth. Potatoes are cut with small blocks, cabbage shredded. Shredded onions and carrots pass in a deep frying pan, potatoes are laid out to them, a small amount of broth pours out, everything is stewed under the lid. When vegetables are brought to half-ready, cabbage, tomato paste, bay leaves, spices, salt are added here. For some time the vegetables continue to stew until complete. Chicken meat is finely chopped and added to the dish. Before serving, you can sprinkle everything with chopped dill.
