Seborrheic dermatitis - treatment and prevention

Effective was considered a remedy consisting of a grinded in a coffee grinder of a young walnut shell, which is poured with vodka and insisted a fortnight in a cool place. And the usual dandelion helps, which is finely chopped, brewed with water of eighty degrees and insisted for an hour. The resulting infusion is washed with hair or masks.

With regard to the prevention of seborrheic dermatitis, it mainly consists of careful hygiene. You should wash your hair with shampoo for oily hair, wipe face with disinfectant solutions, take vitamin A periodically. In moderate doses, sunbathing or exposure to ultraviolet light is helpful.
