Dymarsky Vitaly Naumovich is a hereditary journalist and publicist. Was born on February 22, 1947 in the city of Lviv. His father is Naum Alexandrovich, a well-known sports journalist, commentator, TV and radio presenter.

The hero of our article graduated from high school with marks, then got higher education. He studied at the Moscow Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, got a profession of an interpreter. At the beginning of his career, in 1968, he worked at the publishing house Progress. Afterwards, from 1973 to 1983, he was the editor and translator of articles from the journal Problems of Peace and Socialism, an international publication published in Prague. It was then that Dymarskiy Vitaly became interested in journalistic activity and moved to this direction.
In 1983-1989, the young man worked as an observer at the Novosti Press Agency as an observer, and in 1989-1991 served as a consulting editor in the journal Kommunist. For the next seven years (until 1999), Vitaly Dymarskiy was in charge of the RIA Novosti correspondent station based in France.
In the early 2000s, the journalist held senior positions at TV Center and Radio Rossii. He was deputy editor-in-chief of Rossiyskaya Gazeta from 2001 to 2004. Vitaly Dymarsky conducted the radio programs "Hearing Test" and "Price of Victory" on the radio "Echo of Moscow". Starting from 2011 to the present, he is the editor-in-chief of the historical edition of The Dilettante.
V.N. Dymarsky is a laureate of numerous awards for journalists, including the "Fourth Power" prize, a professor at MGIMO and the author of several books. Some are co-authored with Vladimir Ryzhkov.
Dymarskiy Vitaly was married to Elena Lazarevna Meerovich. In this union, two children were born: Alexei's son and daughter Marina, the journalist has two grandchildren. His wife passed away in 2013. She was the senior sister of producer Alexei Makarevich and cousin of musician Andrey Makarevich.
