Recipe for Classic Cheesecake and Its Variations

Preparation takes about two hours.

Ingredients:

Cookies - 200 grams;

Lemon (peel) - 1 piece;

Egg whites - 2 pieces;

Sugar - 35 grams;

Butter - 75 grams;

Lemon juice - 75 ml;

Gelatin (powder) - 9 grams;

Yoghurt - 150 ml;

Treacle - 50 ml.

Preparation takes only half an hour.

Crumble the cookies, melt the butter. Crumb cookies mixed with butter and cover this mass of the bottom and sides of a split shape, put it in the refrigerator.

At this time, mix the lemon juice with 75 ml of water, add the gelatin here, heat the mixture for 5 minutes so that the gelatin is dissolved, then cool.

In a separate bowl, whip yogurt, cottage cheese and molasses, add a mixture of lemon and gelatin. Proteins beat up in foam and put into the existing mixture. Pour the filling into the mold. To cool for at least 4 hours.
