All people know what is hidden under the term "obscene word". Unfortunately, we hear strong expressions almost every day, whether we like it or not. On the street, in the store, in transport - the abuse can slip anywhere. Unfortunately, not all people think about the purity of our language and litter it with obscene and obscene words.

The obscene word is practically the same as the profanity. You can also call it "unprintable abuse." There are a lot of names - just the essence of it does not change. Even among the more intelligent personalities there is such a definition as obscene vocabulary. There was such an expression from the Latin word "obscene", which in Russian means "immoral". In principle, everything is true. The obscene word is an element of abusive lexicon of various languages, which expresses, more often than not, a spontaneous reaction of a person to a situation. If to express in another way, the profanity is what allows you to express your emotions as often as possible (often negative).

Due to some observations, the functions of using non-normative vocabulary were even defined. The first and most common is the increase in the emotionality of speech. Also, the reduction in psychological stress (as discussed just above). Of course, a mat is used to humiliate and insult an interlocutor. And to demonstrate their independence and verbal disunity (although this is a very erroneous opinion, after all, it will not become more beautiful and more refined). In this way, you can show your disdainful attitude to something - for example, to public bans.

Naturally, with the proliferation of non-normative vocabulary in society try to fight. For example, the forbidden list of obscene words was even published. Roskomnadzor included four expressions. The law states that the non-normative designation of female and male sexual organs, girls of easy virtue and the process of coition is strictly forbidden, in the same way as all the words that can be formed from them.

In the media, the use of such expressions is unacceptable. If they are found, Roscomnadzor will initially issue a warning, and then, in case of a repeat of such an error, the publication may completely deprive the license. And it is right. After all, the media is the fourth power that not only gives people information, but also shapes public opinion and influences the world view.
