Institutions of this type are so small that the bride and groom must book a cafe for six months, or even a year before the planned celebration! That is why every year an increasing number of businessmen understand that it is very profitable to organize a café or restaurant. However, if everything were so simple, then in our country there would have been no shortage of catering places for a long time . Some even having a good business development strategy fail in the very first stages. And this happens in most cases because of the wrong and poorly thought out choice of the room.

First, when choosing, pay attention to those rooms that are already equipped adequately. Some owners are absolutely calm about the fact that the fences in their cafes look awesome and do not even guess that a small trifle can scare off potential customers. If you plan to make a summer terrace, then protect it so that visitors to your cafe do not feel what they eat in the courtyard.

It is also very important to fight odors. Believe me: from your cafe you can smell food only if you specialize in cooking one particular dish. For example, if you decide to open a coffee shop, it will be great if a smell of coffee will be carried for a few meters. If you have a confectionery bakery, then the smell of vanillin will have to be as good as possible. However, if this is a classic cafe, it will be very bad if it smells of pasta or meat (the latter is especially undesirable considering it's becoming vegetarian for fashion). Therefore, take care when you buy air filters, so that their capacity is enough for your premises. And if you plan that the hall will smoke, then choose the most powerful filters to ensure the best air exchange.

Also note that your institution should be in a place of high traffic of people. But at the same time, often enough potential consumers ignore the cafes that are in front of large stores.
