Pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Experience for calculating pension. The amount of pension

In recent years, pension reform has greatly changed the size and conditions of retirement. This affected all areas of activity, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Now the pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs depends on two key parameters: the salary of a post and a salary of a rank. In addition , the pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs depends on seniority, indexation and not only.

Retirement of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Usually people retire at the age of 55 (for women) and 60 years (for men). There are people who receive a pension before reaching retirement age. These include military retirees, medical workers, teachers, employees of harmful industries, etc. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs must have an experience for the calculation of pensions for at least 20 years. And, depending on the situation, not only the pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for long service, but also for disability, loss of a bread-winner can be appointed.

To assign a pension to pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, there must be at least 20 years of experience in the police or other structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and an age not younger than 45 years. In the event that there is no experience of 20 years at this age, the employee retains the right to early retirement if the following conditions are met: the total length of service for a police officer is twenty five years, of which half the term is required to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

If this condition is not met, the experience is no more than 15-20 years, then social benefits are assigned.

Retirement of policemen

A police officer has the right to file documents for the appointment of pension security three months before the expected date of dismissal. To do this, he must apply to the personnel department at the place of work and confirm the length of service.

If the policeman has enough seniority for the registration of a pension, but the age is younger than 45 years, he has the right to pass a military commission to obtain an opinion on the suitability for continuing service. On it, the employee can be considered unfit, confirm disability.

Documents for registration of a pension of policemen

The following documents must be submitted to the personnel department:

  1. Statement from an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Pensions are assigned based on this document.
  2. Cash certificate.
  3. If necessary, an extract from the ITU is provided.
  4. Data on the composition of the family of the future pensioner are necessarily submitted.
  5. A copy of the document confirming the right to benefits.

This is not the entire list of required papers. To learn in more detail which documents should be submitted and in what form, it is possible in order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 418 of May 27, 2005.

After the opening of the pension business, registration is conducted. In the accounting book, HR staff record and forward documents for verification. The case is certified by the authorized Ministry of Internal Affairs, then a notice of the pension appointment is sent to the bank.

Calculation of the pension of police officers in the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Internal Affairs pays the calculation, depending on the length of service and the status of the recipient. When calculating the size of the allowance, rewards, merit are not taken into account.

At a service of 20 years workers have the right to receive a pension in the amount of half of the amount of monetary allowance. If you have worked for more than 20 years, the pension will be paid at the rate of 3% of the amount of allowance for each year of work in the police. The maximum amount of interest on the achievement of experience of more than 20 years may be 85%, but not more.

If the experience is more than 25 years, the calculation of the pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be somewhat different. The employee receives an amount equal to half the monetary allowance. For each subsequent year of work in the bodies, 1% of the amount of allowance is charged.

The minimum pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs can not be less than half of the employee's salary. In this case, the indexation of the amount of payments is taken into account.

For the disabled, the Ministry of Internal Affairs constantly increases pensions. The total amount depends on the disability group, which was appropriated to a citizen who served in the police. In this case, the legislation takes into account military injuries, the presence of injuries received while working in the bodies.

Pensions for the disabled of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

If during the service a police officer is injured, as a result of which he was given a disability, the pension is calculated somewhat differently and depends on the assigned group of disability.

Also, a disability pension can be assigned to dismissed employees who have not more than three months left after their dismissal. However, in order to award a pension to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, disability must be obtained in the following cases:

  1. Wounded.
  2. Contusions.
  3. Mutilation during service.
  4. Diseases received while working in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

With the timely submission of documents, the employee is assigned not a simple pension, but a disability insurance.

Loss of Survivor Working in the Police

In the event that the family breadwinner died during the service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and also within a period not later than three months after the dismissal, it is possible to file documents for the appointment of a pension related to the loss of the bread-winner.

In some cases, the appointment of payments is possible even after the employee was dismissed, but only from illness or injury, injuries that he received at the time of service.

The formula for calculating future pensions to a police officer

To find out the size of a pension, you can use the following formula:

РК х (СДД х ПК) where СДД - the sum of a monetary contentment which the employee turns out in police, the personal computer - reducing factor to a monetary contentment, РК - estimated factor.

It is easy to determine RK. This can be done in one of the following ways:

  • If the length of service for accruing a pension is 20 years, then RK = 50%;
  • With a service life of more than 20 years, then for each subsequent year 3% is charged, with the maximum RK = 85%.

Example of calculation of a working policeman's pension

A police officer retires with the rank of captain and a seniority of 22 years. The calculation of his pension will consist of the following data:

DDD = 30% x (11000 + 9000) = 26,000 rubles

PK = 66.78%

RK = 50% + 3% + 3% = 56%

It remains to substitute the values in the above formula:

(26000х66.78%) х56% = 9723,17 rubles. This will be the monthly pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. To it will be charged different co-payments.

Supplements to future police pensions

The future allowances depend on the status, age, marital status and amount of pension. Upon receipt of allowance for long service, the following types of allowances are included in the pension:

  • If the age of the pensioner is 80 years, then a surcharge of 100% is charged to him;
  • If there are dependents in the pensioner's family who do not have employment, then the pensioner will receive 32% for each person, if there are three or more dependents, the increase to the pension is 100%.

When calculating pension provision, consideration is given to the possibility of obtaining benefits and other allowances.

Increase in the length of service for employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Not so long ago, we began to think about increasing the length of service, because of which the pension of the Ministry of Internal Affairs employees will be appointed not from 20 years of service, but from 25 years.

This bill will come into force in 2019. But the government does not want to stop at this. There are proposals to increase the length of service for the Ministry of Internal Affairs employees from 25 to 30 years by 2025. The bill has already been drafted, but has not yet been adopted.

The final size of the pension will be formed taking into account the benefits. They can be divided into the following types: basic, tax, transport, medical.

In other cases, the patient pays all the costs of treatment on his own.

Once a year a pensioner has the right to get a free ticket to a sanatorium, which is assigned to the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Travel to the place of rest and back is paid.

Some members of the family can also hope for benefits, namely the pensioner can buy a ticket for the family for half of its cost.
