Payments At Child Birth 2011: New Rates

The appearance of a child requires a lot of strength from the parents in order to provide him with decent conditions. After all, the child needs not only to love, but also to contain in the material plan. A young mother, who at first can not work after the birth of a child, finds herself in a rather difficult situation. Therefore, in this situation, the state takes on a part of the responsibility for helping to put the born little man on his feet.

The state establishes payments at the birth of the child 2011, which are received by his (or their) parents. The sizes of these payments periodically change. The last such change was laid by the law of December 13, 2010 "On the Federal Budget 2011", which changed the rates of payments, setting the size of the indexation of existing benefits 1,065. Therefore, in 2011, state payments for children increased slightly. The new benefits have been in effect since January 1, 2011.

Payments at the birth of the child 2011

1. Allowance for pregnancy and childbirth.

Mom gets it in total for the entire maternity leave, which is a total of 140 days.

In the case of difficult births or the appearance of several babies at the same time, the vacation is automatically renewed. The mother who worked before the birth of the child receives a benefit corresponding to 100% of the average earnings. For this purpose it is necessary to be registered on a workplace not less than half a year. If the length of service is less, the mother can apply for a minimum wage. To obtain such benefits, you must provide a document on incapacity for work. You need to apply for the allowance within six months after the end of the vacation. The amount of the allowance for unemployed mothers is now 412 rubles 8 kopecks in one month.

In addition, working women (including students and those who pass service) who are registered in the early stages of pregnancy receive a one-time benefit in the amount of 438 rubles 87 kopecks.

2. A lump sum allowance for the birth of a child in the amount of 11,703 rubles 13 kopecks. In the event that at least one parent works, then the allowance is paid at the place of work, if both are unemployed, you should apply to the RUE.

The so-called "maternity capital" also refers to birth allowances. The receipt of this capital is accompanied by confirmation of the state certificate. Since the beginning of this year, the size of the parent capital is 365700 rubles. The third part of the amount (12,000 rubles) parents can spend immediately after receiving for any purpose.

There are also several periodic benefits paid monthly during a certain period.

3. Payments for child care .

They are carried out before the children reach the age of six months. For a working mother, this allowance will be 40% of the average earnings. For other categories, payments are set in the amount of 2194.33 rubles - for the first child, 4388, 67 rubles - for the second and subsequent children. This is the only benefit, the amount of which was recalculated in 2011 not in favor of young parents, which caused them a wave of excitement.

4. Monthly allowance for a child . This is determined by the subjects of the Russian Federation independently and therefore depends directly on the place of residence of the mother.

Thus, the payments for the birth of the child in 2011 as a whole increased proportionally compared to similar payments last year, which should positively affect the material condition of young parents.

Keep in mind that you can receive payments at the birth of the child 2011 only after the mother's personal appeal to the social protection authorities. In order to avoid any problems with payments, all applications for them and the required documents must be submitted within the period established by law.

To receive benefits, you need to collect the following documents:

- application;

- certificate under Form No. 24 from the birth registration office;

- certificate from the place of the parent, as well as social protection agencies that the second spouse did not receive the allowance;

- a copy of the passport or other document proving the identity ;
