  • Methyluracil - a substance under the action of which tissue repair is stimulated. Under its influence, cellular regeneration in tissues, tissue growth, its granulation maturation, epithelization is accelerated.
  • Lidocaine - has a local anesthetic effect as a result of blockade of Na + channels, prevents the generation of impulses in neuronal endings and prevents their passage through nerve fibers. In case of external use, the substance dilates the vessels without exerting a local irritant effect.

Indications for use

The ointment "Oflomelid" (instructions for use will be described below) is used for purulent wounds with different etiology and localization in the purulent-necrotic period of the wound process, including with a pronounced pain syndrome. The indications for the use of the medicament are:

  • Infected burns (2-4th degree);
  • Trophic ulcers;
  • Pressure sores;
  • Post-traumatic and postoperative fistulas and wounds;
  • Wounds after surgical removal of carbuncles, boils, lipomas, suppurating atheroma, hydradenitis, phlegmon, abscesses.
