When there are many apples in the house, the question of where to put them does not arise. Dishes that can be cooked with this fruit are plentiful, especially for baking. The most popular cake with apples is, of course, charlotte. Cooking it easily, quickly, but to taste with it can not be compared even the most refined dessert. In general, all ingenious is simple. And what if you have "piles" of pears instead of apples? Yes, all the same, because these fruits are very similar! For those who do not know how to prepare a charlotte with pears, a recipe with a detailed description will come in handy. The main thing is to choose ripe, juicy fruits, otherwise the pie will turn dryish.

What ingredients will we need? Charlotte with pears practically does not differ from classical one, only apples are replaced. We take 1 kg of fruits:

  • Butter - 250 grams;
  • Sugar - 200 grams;
  • Flour - 400 grams;
  • Eggs -5 pieces;
  • Baking powder - sachet;
  • Vanillin, cinnamon-to taste.

Cooking is very simple. The oil should be soft, at room temperature. Beat it with sugar, then one by one enter the eggs and mix thoroughly. It is best to use a mixer, then the mass will turn out more airy, and the pie is tender. The sifted flour is combined with a baking powder, cinnamon and vanillin and we mix into the oil-egg mixture.

Now we take pears: mine and clean, remove the middle, cut slices (or cubes, who like what). We connect the sliced fruit with the dough so that they are evenly distributed throughout the mass. By the way, if desired, some of the pears can be replaced with apples (in a 1: 1 ratio).

We take a baking mold with a diameter of 24-27 mm, spread it with parchment and lubricate with oil. If you want to get a crisp caramel crust, sprinkle the bottom of the shape with sugar. Pour the dough into the dishes and put in the oven for about 50 minutes. It needs to be preheated to 170 degrees.

That's ready charlotte with pears. Recipe like those who do not like to stand for a long time at the stove, but loves homemade cakes. Pie the pie on a flat dish, sprinkle with almond flakes and pour caramel. You can serve with an ice cream ball. The perfect home-made dessert!

Sift 140 grams of flour, combine it with a bag of vanillin, for color and taste, add a spoonful of cocoa powder. We connect the yolks with the flour mixture, gently interlace the whipped whites.

Pears (4-5 pieces) are cut into thin slices. In the bowl of the multivarka, spread out a part of the dough, then - a layer of pears, then again dough. How many charlottes are prepared with pears? The recipe for a multivariate requires more time. Initially, we set the "Baking" mode for an hour, and if necessary add another 20 minutes. We remove the prepared charlotte and take it to the dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. We got a low-calorie chocolate charlotte with pears.
