'Neise' for children

"Naise" for children is prescribed as an anesthetic, antipyretic . The drug belongs to the group of non-steroidal drugs that have anti-inflammatory effect.

"Naise" for children is produced in tablets, smooth and convex in both sides. The color is white with a slight yellowish tint, the tablets can be soluble. There is also a suspension that has a yellow color and is very pleasant to taste and smell. Liquid version of the drug in long-term storage has the property of separating into two phases, therefore before using it is recommended to shake vigorously. Among other things, there is also "Naise" in the form of a gel. It is applied to the skin of a painful area, it is rubbed up to an even layer. This procedure is good for joint diseases.

The main active substance of the drug is nimesulide. "Naise" is a children's drug, but it is highly recommended to take only children after 12 years, except in special cases. The drug removes pain syndromes of different etiology: toothache, neurogenic, such as sciatica, sciatica, migraine and neuropathy, as well as post-traumatic and postoperative.

It is also taken as an antipyretic if the body temperature rises against the background of inflammatory and infectious diseases, and any organs and tissues. In addition, if children have such complex diseases as arthritis, arthrosis, myalgia and arthralgia, the "Naize" child is also appointed. Instruction for use advises to take the drug in the following doses. Children who weigh more than 40 kilograms, the drug is prescribed to 100 milligrams twice a day. For those who weigh less than 40 kilograms, when taking the drug, you need to calculate the dose: 3-5 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. The received quantity should be divided into two or three receptions. If the medicine is prescribed to a child from two to 12 years, it is better to take it as a suspension or a soluble tablet.

It is strongly advised not to take the drug for more than 10 days. If, for some reason, there is a need for longer-term use, then monitoring of the kidney and liver is mandatory. "Naise" has the ability to enhance the effect of certain drugs related to the group of cardiac glycosides, as well as some diuretics and those prescribed for reducing blood clotting. Strengthens the action of antitumor drugs, as well as treating diabetes.

"Naise" for children has some contraindications. The drug is not prescribed:

  • Children under two years;
  • With diabetes mellitus;
  • When blood coagulability is violated;
  • In diseases of the liver, kidneys;
  • If there is an individual intolerance of the constituent substances.

The medicine can cause side effects: on the part of the gastrointestinal tract it can be vomiting, nausea, heartburn or pain; From the central nervous system - drowsiness, oppression and dizziness. There may be a clotting disorder, and the side effect may be in the form of an allergic reaction: edema, rash, anaphylaxis and bronchospasm.

The drug "Nyz" for children in tablets is produced in a blister pack of 10 pieces. The suspension is dispensed in a container of dark glass and has a dispensing cap.

The main substance of the drug is nimesulide, completely absorbed from the intestine into the blood. If taken with food, this process can significantly increase in time, but this will not affect its concentration in any way. The optimal content of the substance in the blood is reached approximately two hours after administration. All metabolites of nimesulide penetrate well and actively into tissues and organs, including easily absorbed into the inflammatory focus. After the drug decomposes in the liver into metabolites, it is excreted from the body with feces and urine.
