"Mountain of Warm" - ski resort

Skiing sports can hardly be classified as generally accessible. In wanting to get a dose of adrenaline, there is no shortage. But suitable for this mountain slopes are located quite far.

Skiing

To engage in this sport, you must have a certain level of well-being, and the corresponding steep slopes of character traits. Skiing is a sport for the elite. For people who are successful and independent, for those who know their own worth. This kind of public usually gathers in fashionable ski resorts located on the alpine slopes of Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria. In all these countries, the highest level of infrastructure for mountain skiing has been created - sports facilities, prepared tracks, modern lifts and hotel services. The only problem is that all this is very far away, the trip there is associated with significant expenses and with the receipt of the Schengen visa. And what about the skiers who have neither the will nor the opportunity to spend their holidays in the Alps?

In the Urals

Unconditional traditional respect for Switzerland as the world capital of alpine skiing does not mean that it has no alternatives. Have you heard anything about the sports complex "Mount Teplaya" and other Ural ski slopes? Unfortunately, they are known less than the French Courchevel. The recreational potential of the Ural region has not yet been fully exploited. But the prospects for tourism development in all the Ural regions, from the north to the south of this mountain range, make it possible to make it attractive not only for Russian skiers. Ural can become a place of attraction for fans of this sport and the world scale. Mountain-skiing complex "Mount Teplaya" is just one of the successful investment projects. Currently, the sports complex is not yet fully equipped. It is located not far from the capital of the Ural region and is an example of how to properly invest in the development of tourism in order to get the desired return on investment.

"Mount Warm", Pervouralsk

One of the main advantages of this ski complex is its reach. Getting here is pretty simple. "Mount Warm" is less than half a hundred kilometers from the capital of the Urals in Yekaterinburg, near the small town of Pervouralsk. To go follows in the north direction along Bilimbayevskoe highway. The ski resort is very well located on the terrain. This is reflected in the fact that all three of its permanent routes are oriented in the south and south-west directions. And this circumstance is an excellent natural protection from the northern winds, which could create a certain discomfort for the skiers. Fans of downhill skiing here are given three routes with a total length of about two kilometers with a difference in altitude of 135 meters. They differ in the degree of complexity: lateral are more suitable for beginners, and the central one contains quite complex areas.

Service and mode of operation

Downhill runs are periodically processed by special equipment and are kept in accordance with the accepted world standards for this sport. Visitors to the mountain-skiing complex "Mount Teplaya" can count on the use of lifts and the training of primary skills in downhill skiing with a qualified instructor. There is a rental of sports equipment. Those who do not have enough thrill, can hire even a quad bike. The sports complex is designed for a one-day stay. There are catering establishments and a guarded parking lot. Accommodation in hotels of Pervouralsk is possible. It hosts a ski resort from mid-November to mid-April.

Development prospects

Alpine skiing actively develops throughout the Ural region. Its prospects are due to both the growing popularity of this sport and the overall tourist appeal of the Ural region. Many of those who happened to be in the Urals for the first time in their lives, are surprised to note that in terms of its natural expression, Switzerland is not inferior. And in terms of the number of mountain slopes, suitable for downhill and slalom, it significantly exceeds it. In addition, for a trip to the Urals does not require a Schengen visa, and stay here is much cheaper. The development of tourism in the region can bring significant profits to those who decide to invest in the development of the ski infrastructure of the region. A positive aspect is the administrative measures taken in most of the Ural regions, aimed at supporting and developing the tourism business.

Warm Mountain, Perm Territory

This historic settlement, founded in the nineteenth century in the northern Predural region, is sometimes confused with the popular ski resort in the vicinity of Yekaterinburg due to its similarity in the name. He does not have an immediate attitude to mountain skiing. Nevertheless, the village is very promising in many tourist destinations. Among other things, in this area there is no shortage of mountain slopes suitable for downhill skiing. Deficiency here is still felt only in the sports and service infrastructure. On tourist maps, this area is listed mainly as a starting point for trekking through the northern Urals and rafting along the rivers Koiva, Vilva and Usva. Even though the weather in Warm Mountain is not always comfortable, these places have their own steady circle of fans who will not trade these harsh edges for anything else. It is difficult to single out the season of the year in which the northern Ural foothills would lose their beauty. These places are attractive first of all for those who are dreaming for some time to break away from the usual benefits of civilization. You can go here throughout the year. You can get by train "Perm-Teplaya Gora" or by bus on the same route. The journey takes about five hours.
