Moral values are the foundation of human relations

Moral values are one of the fundamental factors laid down in the foundation of the regulatory regulation of human actions. This concept covers all spheres and areas of human life: moral views, principles, life guides, feelings. Morality regulates the actions and relationships of people, clearly distinguishes between evil and good, separates honor from shame, conscience - from its absence. Moral values include the concepts of justice / injustice, cruelty, mercy, etc.

Without a single morality, conflict-free life in society is impossible, because Only such norms are able to regulate the actions of a person or a whole state.

Values have an effect on the will of man. The point is not that any individual is free to accept or not accept them at his own discretion. It's not that moral values can be profitable or unprofitable. Adherence to generally accepted ethical norms is a duty of any person. Unscrupulous behavior, evasion of debt is regarded as a loss of morality, leads to condemnation by society, the reproaches of one's own conscience.

People who do not have conscience, who reject moral values, are considered immoral.

If the conscience of a person does not perform the function of internal control, if a person lacks internal reference points, he is immoral. A wicked person is capable of causing exceptional harm.

The highest moral values are one for all times, for all nationalities. Respect for the elderly, parental self-sacrifice, respect for parents, caring for the weaker and infirm - these postulates are the basis of the life of any society, be it a small tribe or the people of an economically developed country.

Moral values of man did not arise from emptiness, they are dictated by the desire to survive, extend their kind, leave offspring. That is why all people have a woman's duty - to keep the hearth, "to provide rear services." A woman of all nations is a symbol of purity, wisdom, faithfulness, conscience. The man must be the breadwinner, the breadwinner, the person responsible for the prosperity of the family. It is with the goal of survival that children should listen to their parents' opinion, adopt their experience.

With the development of society, moral values change, and not always in a positive way. Today, when women no longer need to constantly maintain the unquenchable fire of the hearth, and men do not have to literally get food, the social morality is beginning to change. Women who are involved in the maintenance of the family can pay less attention to the upbringing of their children. More and more men, afraid of competing with strong women, are sleeping.

Another example of changing moral values over time is the attitude toward virginity. Even in Russia, some decades ago, the problem of chastity and virginity of the bride concerned not only the family, it was controlled by the public. A century ago it was believed that a wife who married unblemished could not be kicked out of the house by her husband. This strengthened the family. Today, virginity is not a leading moral value. We, as in most industrialized countries, consider civil marriages to be a common phenomenon and, as a result, a large number of single mothers, broken families.

The concepts of good and evil are increasingly being replaced by the concepts of profit and income. To the distant plan, mutual aid, conscience, empathy recedes. This is not the first time in history, therefore, it is thoroughly known: the state that has lost its moral values is dying.

Moral values, morality, morality is a form of collective consciousness. They form the social activity of every member of any society. Moral self-regulation manifests itself in the ability of a person to personally control his behavior, evaluate actions.
